It's a café, a bar and a restaurant at the same time! Possibly the best fries in town!
Amazing grilled chicken, Portuguese style. Great fish, steaks, burgers, shrimps, salads, chouriço and more variety at very affordable prices.
Friendly, unpretentious ambiance and best of all: The kitchen is open until 1h45 AM every night!!

I went to Chalet Grec with my sister and cousin and had an amazing time. Our waitress was the best. We had heard rumours about a woman named Mona from saint-sauveur who offered the best service in the bar restaurant business ever! The rumours were true!! We had an amazing night. The food was very tasty. The plates were full (not cheap at all)and the atmosphere as well as decor was very pleasent. It is a bring your own wine, which is always fun, and very reasonable prices. I love it there! Fresh hot breads! Big portions! Friendly service always as hand! The seafood pasta, rack of lamb and spaghetti cacciatore are musts! Try the lemonchella for dessert also! Try to reserve first though... its busy! Enjoy!

I'm not Mexican, but if I was I would probably be happy with this place. There are so many places in Montreal that think tex-mex is the same thing as tex-kitsch. At Mesa 14 I get delicious food, in a relaxed environment. I enjoy the Banderas Mexicana, three enchiladas, covered in three tangy, and perfectly spiced sauces. Wash that back with an excellent choice of Mexican beers and you are set. Buon provecho!

We tried this restaurant because the one we intended on going to (Dora on sherbrooke), was closed.
The decor is very tacky and the place was empty, just us (my bf, my mom and I), and 2 other ppl. They serve foccacia before the meal, which was nice. Actually, it was the best and only good thing I ate there. I ordered the lasagna with ceasar salad from the table d'hote, my bf got the chicken parmigiana and my Mom got a chicken salad. Service was very hospitable. The noise level was comfortable due to carpet vs hardwood or vinyl flooring like in most restaurants. The waiter recommended a very good wine and the food was excellent. I don't know if all Pacini restaurants are the same but our experience at this one is excellent.

Overall I am very satisfied with the Arahova chain of restaurents. Good Quality, good food at good prices and BYOB. Unfortunately, I must say the the owner of this restaurent delivers bad customer service. I don't have a complaint with the waiters/waitresses, the owner does not respect the conditions set out when redeeming gift certificates. Although, they are already paid for, he refuses to accept them or only accepts part of the amount saying he wants the cash. I will not go back just for that reason. There is a Casa Grecque across the street. Go there instead.

Went to Mahjongg last night with my family and had a great meal! We had shrimp with lobster sauce, stir fried pea sprouts with snow crab meat, hot and sour soup, pu pu platter. All delicious! Service was attentive and polite. I usually go to Mahjongg weekly for business luncheons which are great with their lunch specials. This was the first time for dinner, and I will definitely do it again! Good job, Mahjongg staff!

My experience with Mesa 14 is gold. I was there with my girlfriend on her birthday 2 weeks ago and had a perfect romantic time. Aside from the excellent food, it was the waiter that really stood out. He made excellent reccomendations (fajitas for 2 with ckn and stk, with a sampler platter as entree). It came up in conversation that it was my gf's bday, and without asking he brought her a birthday brownie (with vanilla ice cream) on the house. Its little touches like this that make this my favorite.
