Depuis mai 1978, Jean-luc Boulay et Jacques Fortier se font pilotes d’une grande aventure gastronomique. Toujours à l’avant-garde, l’établissement jouit d’une grande reconnaissance de la part de gourmands des quatre coins du globe. Depuis maintenant cinq années, Frédéric Boulay relève son père en tant que chef des cuisines du Saint Amour. Fort d’un apprentissage qui le mena chez les plus grands du métier, Frédéric Boulay, bien secondé par Sébastien Ouimet et Éric Lessard, chef pâtissier. Jean-luc, quant a lui, s’occupe du service traiteur tout en prodiguant de précieux conseils à sa jeune brigade.

This must be one of the most romantic restaurants I've ever been to, and that's aside from the great, great food. The wine menu is huge and has some very rare and offerings. I had the chef's specialty foie-gras and my husband had the caribou which was not gamey in the least. Overall this was a great experience and one that I think we'll be doing again in the near future.
